YES! We take custom requests for: ritual/spell oils, powders, salts, balms and candles. Our custom orders are usually open, though they make close periodically to allow us to produce the best items possible. Please understand that some hand crafted items will take longer to make than others. We will go over a full timeline for expectations.

Great question! We offer distance Reiki sessions, and Reiki on purchased goods. Distance Reiki sessions will involve a short questionnaire about your concerns or needs and then we schedule a specific date and time for your session. Please make sure to read the email we send after your purchase for all details and requirements. The most basic requirements: you will need a quiet space where you are by yourself. You will need to make sure you’re not driving or operating any machinery (this includes cooking) so we make sure you’re safe. More details will be sent in your booking email.

All of our crystals and minerals are selected by hand from vetted and trusted vendors and miners. We spend a lot of time searching for mine-direct offers or vendors that work as close to the mines as possible.

"Ethical" sourcing is really just responsible sourcing, and it is the optimal way to go.
Responsible sourcing is knowing the locale, understanding the region, monitoring conflicts or trade issues with locales, understanding working conditions (if possible), seeking out and vetting responsible sources (vendors), seeking out artisinal and small-scale mining, self mining and even recycling crystals!

You will see things like "imperfect", "ding" or even"warrior" crystals here and in some other shops. These crystals are important, as they are still energetically sound - they just have some imperfections or damage. We don't throw out or discard crystals, we find the best way to reuse them to honor the work of the miners and the energy of the Earth.

A way you can support responsible crystal sourcing is to buy your items from smaller shops, like mine! Big box stores are hopping on the crystal "trend" and have no investment or care for ethical or responsible sourcing. Never hesitate to ask a shop about their sourcing policy!

Aura coated, or "aura crystals" are natural crystals (most commonly quartz or quartz variations like amethyst) that have been fused with fine/precious metals in a vacuum chamber at a high temperature. The metals used depend on the colour coating that is desired, but the metals are: silver, gold, platinum and titanium.

The crystal is added to the chamber and heated to 1600 degrees Fahrenheit, then gaseous vapors containing select metal compounds are added. The metals bond to the crystal, creating an iridescent metallic sheen. The color of the aura crystal depends on the type of metal being used.

Contrary to some beliefs, aura coating crystals can absolutely be high grade! American aura quartz is usually sourced from arkansas, though it can also be imported from Brazil, and is more expensive and more sought after than the Chinese aura quartz. This is due to the base crystal, the metals used and the quality of the aura coating overall.

It's important to cleanse these crystals properly, both energetically and physically. Never use salt or coarse cleaning material, and don't soak the crystals. A soft cloth, damp if necessary is perfect to physically clean the crystals. If you have a cluster or geode, a soft, clean paintbrush is used to get in the nooks and crannies. Energetically, you can use a light spritz of florida water (be sure to wipe down the crystal afterwards), set on or near selenite or charge by the moon!
