Live Sale - New Customer Deposit

All new customers in the live feed are required to put down a non-refundable retainer for their items. The base deposit is $25 USD, however, our statement piece deposit is $50 USD. 

Your deposit will be credited to your invoice that is sent through Square to your email address you provide on the new customer form located here. 

All invoices are due within 24h from the time they are sent. If the invoice is not paid within 24h, a $5 late fee may be added.

This is a DEPOSIT/RETAINER, and there is no item that will be shipped when purchasing this listing.

If a customer does not pay the invoice in full, the retainer is forfeit and will not be refunded. These deposits are retainers not just for your items, but for my time as well. They are non refundable. 

Ghosting hurts small businesses! Live shows take a lot of effort, energy and attention. By not paying your invoice, ghosting or "unclaiming", you are not hurting some big corporation, you're hurting a small business that makes their livelihood on these orders.
