Live Sale - New Customer Deposit

All new customers in the live feed are required to put down a non-refundable retainer for their items. The base deposit is $25 USD, however, our statement piece deposit is $50 USD. 

Your deposit will be credited to your invoice that is sent through Square to your email address you provide on the new customer form located here. 

All invoices are due within 24h from the time they are sent. If the invoice is not paid within 24h, a $5 late fee may be added.

PLEASE NOTE: 

If a customer does not pay the invoice in full, the retainer is forfeit and will not be refunded. 

Ghosting hurts small businesses! Live shows take a lot of effort, energy and attention. By non paying, you are not hurting some big corporation, you're hurting a small business that makes their livelihood on these orders.
