Hey there! Thanks so much for joining our live sale. We have live shopping in our:

- Local markets & events
We are here to have fun and to help you find amazing crystals, minerals and witchery supplies.,,,, but we are also here to meet new people and build the community!
Below are the rules and some FAQ to help you enjoy your experience.
FAQ:
- The live sale new customer form can be found HERE or HERE.
- Live show invoice payment is due within 24h of the invoice being sent. All invoices are sent the morning/afternoon after a live and shipping invoices are usually sent separately.
- There is a $5 Late fee for any invoices paid after 48h. If something happens and additional time is needed, please contact me ASAP so we can discuss your order. Payment not received by the cutoff will result in baskets being returned to the shop and items are available for anyone else to claim. If this happens, you may be suspended or banned from live sales.
- USA Customers will receive a Square invoice to the email address you provided in the new customer form. (This may change to a listing here on the website in the future).
- Our international customers will be invoiced directly to their email through a square invoice. Tracking will be provided in an email to you. If you'd like, we can also make a custom listing on Etsy for you! This will incur a small additional fee due to the costs Etsy has to us.
- Shipping is not included in any pricing, and is based on the weight of the items purchased and where they are shipping to. The minimum amount for shipping is $6. International shipping is definitely more expensive than USA shipping and will automatically have insurance included in the shipping price. If you are unsure, please message us first to get a shipping quote to your postal code.
- Afterpay is available upon request for invoices over $100. A small fee based on the purchase price will be applied to your invoice if you select Afterpay. Please make sure you have already signed up for Afterpay and have been approved before claiming. This helps you know the budget you are approved for.
RULES:
- Be respectful to me, my assistant(s) and your fellow people in the lives. Any disrespectful behavior, slurs, abusive language, or anything of the like will earn you an immediate ban. No politics. Don't be a dick.
- RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON LIVE SALES. Please claim responsibly. Each item is displayed in great detail, and all questions are answered live. Each live sale is recorded, and we are happy to help you refer to the recorded video for your visual records. Returning items due to buyers remorse or second thoughts are unfair to other folks that really wanted those items and just adds a ton of work for me.
- For new buyers, a $25 deposit/retainer may be required via Venmo. This will be applied as a credit to your invoice. If you do not pay your invoice (ghosting), you will lose the deposit/retainer. Ghosted deposits/retainers will not be applied to future invoices. These deposits are a retainer for my time and are non refundable if you cancel your order.
- Claims are based on who I see first on my screen. You will always see yourself first on your own device. My assistant confirms on his laptop if he is available. We play fair here!
- DO NOT claim if you have no intention to pay. Lives are a ton of work, and it's not fair to me or to the other customers. Serotonin is available elsewhere without causing damage.
- Claims must be made by typing "sold price", "claim price" or if you love us, "sold item price"(Example: sold $20, claim $20, sold tower 2 $20). We can't accept "sold" "claim" or just the price due to lag on the platforms.
- Once an item is claimed, there are no put backs. Upgrades (if available) are allowed.
- Invoices more than 48h late will receive one last notice with a $5 late fee attached before the order is canceled.
- If the payment is late and there's been no communication with me, your basket will be returned to the shop and items are available for anyone else to claim.
- Ghosting or non payment will result in removal from the VIP group/Discord (if you are in it) and a loss of your deposit. You will be banned from lives.
