Distance Reiki Sessions

Your distance session will be with Amber, the owner of Dark Star Curiosities and a Master Reiki Practitioner in Usui System of Natural Healing. Below are the options we currently have available, and beyond that is an overview of what Reiki is and how it is used. Distance Reiki sessions are done in one of two ways: with Zoom (Live video) or without. Some folks feel uncomfortable on video and prefer their Reiki sessions to be done at a specific date and time wherever they prefer. This allows for the client to be fully comfortable, however that is for them. Once your session is purchased, you will receive a booking email that will go over your preferences and schedule your selected date and time. For each session you book, the recipient must stay in the same area for the entirety of the session (IE: bedroom, hotel room, office, etc) This will be discussed further in your booking email. 

Quick checkup & scan: 

Up to 15 minutes and it includes a full energy and chakra scan to identify the areas that need addressing. This includes a very light energy boost, but is meant to be used as a pre-service to any other reiki / oracle / custom blend services.

Mini session:

Up to 20 minutes focusing on your concern or a specific chakra. This session does not include a scan. It’s advised to purchase the quick check up, unless you have a specific area to work on in mind. Tell me what you need, and I am there for you. Need an energetic hug, or ease heartache? This is perfect for you. 

Sleep soundly: 

Up to 20 minutes focusing solely on preparing you for a restful sleep. If you are struggling with meditation, relaxation  *This session requires you to be in a safe location for sleep. Sessions will be rescheduled with a small fee if the client is not in a location safe or suitable for sleep at the time of the session. 

30 minute session: 

Up to 30 minutes. This session includes a quick scan to help identify your needs. The focus here is a deeper dive into any blocks, energy flow and specific needs. 

60 minute session:

60 minutes with full scan included! This scan will be a dive into any blocks in your energy flow, reviewing your energy fields and specific needs. This session includes a quick scan. You will also receive a document with information on your chakras and points that were addressed with a before and after. 

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan and has grown to include several different styles. Usui is the original style, as it was created and coined by Dr. Mikao Usui. In general, reiki focuses on increasing the flow of one's life force energy (chi) through the body. 

When our life force energy is low, we are susceptible to many things including: getting sick or staying sick longer, feeling stressed out or depleted, energy vampires and psychic attacks, or even just feeling disconnected. When the life force energy is higher, we are capable of so much more! We feel happier, more connected, healthier, and more energetic.

Our energy can even become “stuck” in areas of the body! Sometimes this is due to physical or emotional pain, but it can also be due to jarring events and energetic parasites.

Reiki is here to help remove the blocks and allow for energy to flow through the body as it was meant to. When the flow of energy is improved, the body is able to relax, speed the healing process, reduce/relieve pain and even reduce other symptoms of illnesses.
